πŸš€ IT Service Delivery Analyst

Shifts: Either 7:30am to 4:00pm, or 8:00am to 4:30pm, or 8:30am to 5:00pm

Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and keeping business-critical systems running smoothly?

We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a growing team where you'll be the go-to person for technical support, helping users across hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and your contribution will have a direct impact on the success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • βœ… Providing 1st line and desktop support to end users across hardware, software, network and telecom issues
  • βœ… Managing and resolving IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
  • βœ… Installing, configuring and maintaining end-user devices, applications and IT equipment
  • βœ… Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating more complex problems when required
  • βœ… Supporting local site infrastructure, including basic network, server and telecom support
  • βœ… Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions and IT inventory
  • βœ… Coordinating with external IT vendors for network cabling, copier support and eWaste services
  • βœ… Supporting IT procurement activities and ensuring sufficient hardware stock levels
  • βœ… Assisting with testing, deployment and implementation of new IT solutions
  • βœ… Participating in emergency support and special project activities when required

What We're Looking For

  • βœ” Minimum 4 years' experience providing direct technical IT support
  • βœ” Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • βœ” Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking and end-user computing environments
  • βœ” Experience working within ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • βœ” Understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management best practices
  • βœ” Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • βœ” Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
  • βœ” Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • βœ” Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and environments

Desirable Experience

  • ⭐ CompTIA, Network+, MCP, MCSE or equivalent certifications
  • ⭐ Experience within pharmaceutical, laboratory or manufacturing environments
  • ⭐ Exposure to server, telecom and infrastructure support
