What you'll be doing
The successful candidate will join our IT & Data Team at an exciting time, as we look to adopt a proactive service partnering approach to engage with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
You will be working with the IT Infrastructure & Service Manager to provide outstanding focused IT solutions to our work colleagues and customers.
You will provide 1st & 2nd line support with high standards of customer service to ensure our colleagues' IT issues are dealt with in a professional manner ensuring they are kept up to date and working with other IT teams if needed to resolve issues & requests.

This is a fast-paced role, so ideal for someone who can learn quickly, be organized, and able to prioritize work effectively.
The role involves:
- Using our ITSM tool Halo to manage requests and ensure SLA’s are maintained
- Providing advanced 1st & 2nd line support for core MS solutions & business systems which includes Office 365 / Teams/ Exchange Online, Active Directory /Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop, and 8x8 telephony
- Documenting & sharing knowledge within the department
- Setting up new hardware such as mobile devices & laptops using MDT & InTune
- Working with other IT teams, departments & 3rd parties to resolve issues and provide support.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will have a 37-hour working week, based on an early/late shift pattern covering 8am-5pm and earn an annual salary up to £33,068.00 dependent upon your knowledge, skills, and experience.
