Job Description
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused individual to join our IT Service Delivery team as an IT Service Delivery Associate.
No previous IT experience is required. We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or perhaps looking to move into an IT environment from an administrative, customer service, or coordination background.
The role sits at the heart of our IT Operations function, helping to ensure colleagues across the business have the equipment, access, and support they need to do their jobs effectively.
While you'll work closely with internal IT colleagues and external suppliers, this is not a technical role. Instead, you'll focus on coordination, administration, asset management, and service delivery activities that keep our IT operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing…
You'll support a wide range of day-to-day Service Delivery activities, including:
- Coordinating IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Preparing and deploying laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment
- Managing IT assets and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring stock levels and organising equipment
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and procurement requests
- Working with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders, and track deliveries
- Coordinating equipment collections and deliveries
- Providing administrative support across the IT Service Delivery function
What we're looking for
We're much more interested in your attitude and potential than any previous IT experience.
You'll likely be someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Communicates confidently with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Enjoys problem-solving and finding practical solutions
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career
We'd welcome applications from early career/graduate candidates, or people with experience in areas such as:
- Administration
- Customer service
- Retail or hospitality
- Office support roles
- Logistics or coordination positions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
