IT Service Delivery Manager - Supplier Management - Central London
90k – 100k per annum plus excellent benefits – 3 days per week on-site expected, the rest from home.
IT Service Delivery Manager required for a leading organisation based in Central London, where you will own the service performance, supplier accountability, customer experience and service integration across IT Operations and third-party suppliers. This role will develop the IT Service Ops delivery capability, embed effective ways of working and improve service quality across people, processes, technology and end user experience.

Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with proven experience managing an outsourced Service Desk/MSP? This is an immediate start role with candidates expected to start in October 2026.
This is a brand new role with a great opportunity to make a huge impact in an immature Service Management environment.
Previous experience required:
- Significant experience in IT Service Delivery or Service Management environments.
- Proven experience managing outsourced Helpdesks and holding suppliers accountable for performance.
- Experience improving service performance through governance, reporting, supplier management and continual improvement.
- Experience working with global teams, multiple time zones and senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 or 5 service management, principles and practical application.
- Experience defining KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and customer experience measures.
- Understanding of the SDI Service Desk Best Practice Standard.
