What You’ll Be Doing
As our IT Service Desk Administrator, you’ll be a key player in our IT Service Desk team, making sure our staff and clinicians are fully equipped to deliver the highest standard of care to our clients. This is more than just an administrative role – it’s a chance to help drive operational excellence and support a team that’s changing lives every single day.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing IT Procurement: Coordinating the purchase of equipment from suppliers and ensuring orders run smoothly from start to finish.
- Streamlining IT Support for New Starters: Oversee the preparation and distribution of equipment kits, organise induction emails, and follow up on surveys for our new team members.
- Managing Mobile Devices: Handle the ordering and management of mobile phones, devices, and SIM cards.
- Ensuring Seamless Departures: Coordinate the collection of IT equipment from departing employees.
- Keeping Us on Track: Maintain accurate records of orders and assist with IT supplier contract management.
- Driving Efficiency: Support the team with administrative tasks and suggest improvements to processes.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things organised. If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks and have a sharp eye for detail, this could be the role for you! You’ll also need to be:
- Experienced: At least 2 years in an administrative role.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (don’t worry – we’ll provide training if needed).
- A Strong Communicator: You’ll need the confidence to hold suppliers accountable and ensure our internal policies are upheld.
- A Team Player: We’re a remote team, but we stay connected through Teams chat and video calls. Collaboration and communication are key!
- Process-Oriented: You’ll play a part in documenting and improving processes, so a proactive, solutions-focused mindset is a must.
