IT Service Desk Analyst – United Kingdom

We're looking for a motivated IT Service Desk Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting end users across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for technology who wants to build a long-term career in IT.
Whether you have previous IT support experience or recently completed an IT qualification with hands-on technical knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.
- Support laptop, desktop, printer, and peripheral setup.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting agreed service levels.

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of IT support or Service Desk experience (or relevant internship).
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of Active Directory, password resets, and user account management.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and willingness to learn.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.
- IT-related degree, diploma, or apprenticeship.
- Exposure to Azure or cloud technologies is an advantage.
