Job Overview

Are you looking to start your career in IT? We are seeking a IT Service Desk Associate to join a growing team in the United Kingdom. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for technology who want to build hands-on experience while working remotely. You'll receive training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop your technical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Create, update, and manage support tickets.
  • Assist users with password resets and account management.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Support software installations and basic system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and internet troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • GCSEs, A-Levels, diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Previous IT experience is not required.
