We're looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our solution-focused in-house Data and Systems team.

As our IT Service Desk Engineer, you will be crucial in delivering our departmental strategy – enabling colleagues to be productive wherever they have an internet connection.

  • You will provide 1st line support and assist with the delivery of IT operations.
  • Your great balance of technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, as well as your keen attention to detail, will be extremely valuable for supporting end-users in this role.

This is a great opportunity for you to expand your experience working in different environments, with a multi-site organisation.
