We’re looking for a passionate IT Service Desk Engineer to join our Technology team in London and play a key role in delivering exceptional support across our organisation.

About the Role
As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support across a wide range of IT services and infrastructure. You’ll take ownership of incidents end-to-end, ensuring users receive efficient and effective support while maintaining a high professional standard. This is a hands-on role, combining remote troubleshooting with on-site support in London, plus occasional travel to other UK offices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver 1st & 2nd line support across IT systems and services
- Manage incidents from initial logging through to resolution
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, AV, telephony & conferencing issues
- Support laptops, peripherals, and user provisioning processes
- Collaborate with 3rd line teams and external vendors when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Monitor systems, resolve alerts, and ensure smooth IT operations
- Support office IT projects, upgrades, and asset management processes

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong experience in a corporate IT support environment
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies (O365, Teams, operating systems)
- Familiarity with device management tools such as In tune
- Understanding of networking, telephony, and AV systems
- Experience supporting end users and managing knowledge documentation
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and structured troubleshooting approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Qualifications
- Degree in a Technology-related field (preferred)
