The Role
As a Service Desk Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional technical support across a varied customer base. You'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues while working alongside experienced engineers who are committed to helping you grow.
No two days are the same. You'll gain exposure to Microsoft technologies, networking, cloud solutions, and modern IT infrastructure while continually expanding your technical knowledge.

Technical Experience
Experience with some or all of the following would be beneficial:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Windows Server
- Microsoft Exchange
- Group Policy
- TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP
- VPN Connectivity
- Hardware & Software Support
- Basic Networking
- Application Support
