  • Drive ITIL-based Incident Management processes and lead major incident response during critical service outages.
  • Develop and deliver a Service Desk roadmap aligned to our wider Technology strategy.
  • Use automation, self-service capabilities and continual service improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Analyse service trends, identify root causes and work with technical teams to improve service stability.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and technology teams to ensure collaborative service delivery.
  • Define, monitor and report against KPIs, SLAs and operational performance measures.
  • Lead proactive communications during incidents, translating technical issues into clear business-focused updates.
  • Manage vendor performance, ensuring service levels are achieved and continuously improved.
  • Create robust knowledge management practices that empower analysts and improve first-time resolution rates.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, challenging traditional ways of working and identifying opportunities to enhance services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
