The Vacancy

RSK Group are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join the Group IT Department on a full-time basis working 40 hours per week. The team offers a great opportunity for development and career progression!

The successful candidate will be working on-site in our London, Chancery Exchange office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support (1st and 2nd line)
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues promptly
  • Install, upgrade, and update software
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for end users
  • Support mobile device management (MDM) and troubleshoot related issues
  • Build and maintain strong customer service relationships with users based in the London office
  • Collaborate with the IT team and assist with projects; occasional travel across the UK will be required and expected from time to time

Person Specification

  • Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience
  • Familiarity with Service Desk ticketing systems
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android operating systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP and LAN/WAN)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
