IT Service Desk Technician (Office Based)
£26,000 - £28,000 + Progression + Training + Bonus + Company Benefits

In this office-based role you will work within a tight knit IT team to ensure all IT issues across the company are dealt with accordingly. This will include all login details, liaising with clients and third-party support teams, ensuring all tasks can run smoothly. There are 9 sites across the UK, offering a range of day-to-day variety with occasional travel across the sites.

This role would suit an IT Technician or similar looking to progress their career within a global business, through technical training and clear progression routes.
The Role:
- Offering technical IT support to all teams across the business
- Troubleshooting IT software and system issues - including AutoCAD and Revit
- Working within a tight knit IT team
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, 4:30pm finish on Friday
