Job Description
- Design, implement, and optimise ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management.
- Configure and enhance ITSM workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, approvals, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Drive automation initiatives and leverage AI capabilities to improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Manage CMDB governance, configuration data quality, and IT asset lifecycle management activities.
- Develop performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement programmes that enhance operational maturity.

The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years' experience within IT Service Management, IT Operations, or ITSM Consulting environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, or similar tools.
- Understanding of CMDB administration, IT asset management, governance controls, and process documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with ITIL Foundation certification strongly preferred
