Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that IT services remain reliable, secure, resilient, and aligned to business needs, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a service-focused technology professional to shape and enhance IT service management practices, lead operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across a complex technology environment. You will act as a key link between Technology, business stakeholders, Information Security, Operational Resilience teams, and third-party suppliers, helping to deliver exceptional service outcomes and a strong customer experience.

The role can be based in Guernsey or Jersey.

  • Monitor and report on service performance, supplier delivery, operational risks, and improvement initiatives, providing meaningful management information to senior stakeholders.
  • Support operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities by maintaining service maps, configuration information, and recovery dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships with business service owners, suppliers, and key stakeholders, promoting accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop IT service and operations colleagues, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
