IT Service Manager | £80,000 - £90,000 | Permanent, Hybrid
We're looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join a leading financial markets organisation, taking ownership of service management across critical trading and market technology.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning Service, Incident and Problem Management across critical applications
- Managing incidents, identifying root causes and driving service improvements
- Working across Change & Release Management, SLAs and third-party technology providers
- Supporting critical trading technology and ensuring high levels of service availability

What we're looking for:
- Around 8–15 years' experience in IT Service Management
- Strong experience across Service, Incident and Problem Management
- Broad technical understanding of IT environments - no coding required
- Financial markets, exchange or clearing-house experience is advantageous but not essential

The details:
- Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the London office
- Hours: 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday
- On-call: 1 week in 4
