IT Service Manager | £80,000–£90,000 | London
I'm looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join a well-established technology team in a critical financial infrastructure firm.
About the Role
This is a broad ITSM role, best suited to someone who enjoys getting under the skin of how technology and services work.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be working across:
- Service management
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Major/complex technology services
Working closely with technology teams and business stakeholders
The technology environment is sophisticated and high-profile, including responsibility for some of the organisation's core electronic trading technology.

Key Skills and Qualities
You'll be someone who is naturally curious, technically capable, and comfortable asking questions and getting to the root of problems.
- You don't need to be a developer or write code, but you should have a good understanding of how technology fits together and be able to have credible conversations with technical teams.
I'm particularly interested in people with broad ITSM experience across service, incident, and problem management. This isn't a role for someone whose experience is predominantly incident management.

Salary and Location
Salary: £80,000–£90,000
The role is based in central London, with three days a week in the office, 9am–6pm. There's also a 1-in-4 on-call rota, although call-outs are relatively infrequent.
