We’re hiring: IT Service Operations Manager | MM Flowers
📍 Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, with regular travel to group sites
🕒 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus on-call rota participation and peak-period support
About the Role
MM Flowers is growing across the UK and EU, and our technology is evolving with us. As we move towards a cloud-native environment on Microsoft Azure, we’re looking for an IT Service Operations Manager to lead reliable, responsive IT services across all our group sites.
Reporting to our Head of Infrastructure & Operations, you’ll manage a team of five and combine operational leadership with the opportunity to improve how we support the business.

Your remit will include:
- Leading IT operations and coordinating field support across the group.
- Owning service performance, major incident management and continuous improvement.
- Managing MSP relationships, contracts and supplier performance.
- Bringing first-line support together into an in-house capability.
- Ensuring new services and sites are ready for operational support.
- Developing your team’s skills and building strong relationships across the business.
What are we looking for?
You’ll bring at least five years’ experience in IT engineering, operations or support, including at least two years in people management and two years in a multi-site or multi-country environment.

Experience managing MSP contracts and using ITSM platforms such as Halo or Jira is essential, alongside working knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools and Entra ID.
ITIL certification, cloud migration experience and a background in FMCG or horticulture would be a plus.
