What are my responsibilities?

  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of services included in the Global Network and Data centre portfolio at Yunex Traffic
  • Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, with a strong focus on delivering high levels of user satisfaction
  • Manage relationships between Yunex IT and service providers, ensuring effective handling of incidents, problems, and escalations
  • Take ownership of service-related financials, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Ensure service availability, resilience, and continuity, monitoring performance against agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Continually evaluate the performance of providers and local delivery teams, manage claims, and lead service improvement processes
  • Take a hands-on approach to service operations, ensuring effective delivery and stability of Data centre and Network services within scope
  • Define and align the provider landscape and sourcing strategy (make-or-buy), and oversee execution against strategic objectives
  • Coordinate and support service introduction and transition activities, including unit and integration testing, and ensure documentation of processes and procedures

What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management, preferably in an international and mid-sized business environment
  • Solid technical understanding of network and data centre infrastructures as well as hands-on experience in operating and managing infrastructure services
  • Proven experience in managing external service providers and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL or comparable service management frameworks, including incident, problem and service level management
  • Experience in working at the interface between IT and business functions, with a strong focus on service quality and user satisfaction
  • Good understanding of service-related financials such as budgeting, cost control and forecasting
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style combined with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different organizational levels and in an international environment
