The Role
As IT Service Support Analyst, you’ll be the primary point of contact for IT incidents, service requests, and technical enquiries, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused support experience. You’ll take ownership of the triage, prioritisation, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware, software, network, and application issues through a blended first and second line support model, generally provided remotely, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.
This role is within our IT Service Delivery organisation and is responsible for ensuring incidents and service requests are managed efficiently in line with agreed service levels, while maintaining clear communication, ownership, and a strong customer focus throughout the lifecycle.
This role is focused on customer experience across our regional locations, delivering incident management, technical support, operational stability, and continual improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
