Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Tidworth

Your Role:
- Supporting adherence to information security controls, monitoring compliance data, reporting exceptions, and tracking remediation activities.
- Representing information technology services to stakeholders and customers, adapting communication to suit different audiences.
- Owning and improving information technology processes, ensuring documentation is current, and customer-focused solutions are developed.
- Managing asset inventories, planning device replacements, and providing forecasts to support budgeting.
- Conducting service reviews, producing performance dashboards, and increasing visibility of service delivery.
- Supporting service improvement plans and assisting the Head of Information Technology in driving team priorities and customer experience improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will have strong technical experience and the ability to work effectively within information technology service environments.
Experience: You will have demonstrable experience in information technology service delivery management, compiling management reports, project management, customer service, and office administration.
Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, a thorough understanding of business processes, and experience supporting and implementing information technology projects.

Experience & Knowledge:
- Demonstrable record of extensive and successful experience in information technology service delivery management processes, management reporting, project management, customer service, and office administration.
