Role Title
IT Services Associate, London UK
Role Purpose
The IT Services Associate is primarily based at Synergy’s Pall Mall clubhouse location, a multi-purpose client-facing environment that serves as the operational hub for logistics, field services coordination, meetings and events. The role combines stock management, logistics, device deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, workplace stewardship and supervised field engineering activities, while providing a structured pathway towards a Field Services Engineer position.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organised and client-ready workspace
- Courier hardware, equipment and spares to client sites across London
- Assist engineers with workstation, laptop and peripheral deployments
- Support 5G router installations and basic hardware troubleshooting under supervision
- Attend client sites to assist Synergy engineers and chaperone third-party suppliers
- Assist with scheduled user onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain accurate and timely records, asset tracking and operational documentation
- Study towards CompTIA A+ certification and engage in regular mentoring sessions
