£40,000 + Car Allowance or Van + Overtime

At Focus Group, we're looking for a Solutions Engineer to deliver hands-on installations and support for customers across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. You'll be the subject matter expert in your specialism - whether that's networking, servers and storage, or cloud - leading projects, solving complex faults, and mentoring the engineers around you.
This is a home & customer site based role with real variety: you'll be out visiting customers 3-4 days a week, from small businesses through to enterprise sites, so you'll need to enjoy being on the road and with customers as much as behind a screen.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in an IT support and delivery role - ideally within an MSP setting
- Specialist knowledge in:
- Networking: (VLAN's, Routing, Wireless, Ekahau, Meraki, SonicWall, Cisco, Aruba)
- Server & storage: (Windows Server, Storage, Hyper V, VMware, M365 & Azure)
- Cloud technologies: (M365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint)
- The confidence to lead projects and mentor colleagues
- A full, valid UK driving licence
