IT Solutions Technician (Apprentice)

What does being an Apprentice mean?

You will undertake either the IT solutions technician qualification (Level 3) or AI and Automation Practitioner qualification (Level 4) Apprenticeship over 18 months, covering all aspects of IT. Your training will be a combination of on-the-job training and off-the-job learning via online classes. You will be released from the workplace to participate in the online classes.

You will be assigned a dedicated workplace mentor who will be there to support you throughout the programme offering guidance and making sure that all aspects of your learning follow the structured training plan.

This is an “earn and learn” programme and upon successful completion you will gain a recognised qualification and will be eligible to progress on to higher levels.

• Understand the full IT solution lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support
• Develop solution design and problem-solving skills
• Gain knowledge of cloud technologies and Microsoft 365 services
• Build automation solutions using Power Platform technologies
• Understand testing, change management and deployment processes

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• Salary range: £19,000 - £23,000, depending on experience, existing relevant qualifications and level of apprenticeship
• Contract Type: 18 month - Fixed Term contract
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week full-time
• Annual Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum
• Location: Bracknell, UK
• Hybrid working – during the induction period, you may be required to be in Bracknell every day
