IT Specialist (Site Services)

Bodmin, UK ¦ Full-time On-site

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver on-site 2nd line IT support across multiple business areas
  • Act as a key contact for technical issues and incident resolution
  • Support production, engineering and office teams
  • Manage tickets (incidents, requests, change & problem records)
  • Drive service improvements and proactive maintenance
  • Support projects and business change initiatives
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage upgrades, patches and system maintenance
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • Keep systems, documentation and CMDB up to date
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLAs

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years' experience in a 2nd line / site-based IT role
  • Strong hands-on technical support experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
  • Good understanding of ITIL (Incident, Change & Problem Management)
  • Strong stakeholder management across operational teams
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on service improvement
