Computer Specialist

We are seeking a Computer Specialist to provide onsite IT support by traveling to client locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently at multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client locations to provide onsite IT support.
  • Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and basic networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Set up workstations, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and preventive support.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate support records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance to end users.

  • Experience in desktop support, field service, or IT help desk.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic network configuration.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
