Computer Specialist
We are seeking a Computer Specialist to provide onsite IT support by traveling to client locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently at multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations to provide onsite IT support.
- Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and basic networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Set up workstations, peripherals, and network devices.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and preventive support.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate support records.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance to end users.

Requirements:

- Experience in desktop support, field service, or IT help desk.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic network configuration.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
