🚀 We’re hiring: IT Specialist Team Leader
We’re looking for someone brilliant to lead our IT Specialist function at Flotek. This isn’t just about managing a ticket queue.
We need someone who can lead, coach and develop a team of 2nd Line, 3rd Line and Maintenance Engineers, while having the technical credibility to step into the more complex challenges when needed.
You’ll have real ownership of:
- Developing and supporting a high-performing technical team
- Driving SLA, backlog, quality and CSAT performance
- Leading complex technical escalations and major incidents
- Improving our proactive maintenance services
- Using data to identify where we can get better
- Driving automation, standardisation and continuous improvement
- Helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our partners
