My client, a leading multinational, is seeking a Senior Manager - Data & AI to accelerate enterprise data transformation and scale modern analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.
The role sits at the centre of global digital and AI‑driven transformation, shaping how data, analytics and AI products are designed, governed and delivered. It offers the opportunity to define enterprise standards, build a strategic Data & AI product portfolio, and drive adoption of Generative and Agentic AI to unlock measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
- Data & AI Strategy - Support execution of the enterprise Data, Analytics and AI strategy and drive adoption of advanced AI capabilities.
- Portfolio Management - Lead the Data & AI Product Portfolio, ensuring prioritisation, investment alignment and lifecycle governance.
- Reusable Data Products - Maintain a roadmap of scalable, reusable data products and analytics capabilities.
- Governance Alignment - Ensure all products meet metadata, catalogue and governance standards in partnership with Data Governance and Data Quality teams.
- Solution Design Leadership - Lead solution design standards, coaching designers and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security.
- Data Platform Integration - Work with Data Platform and Engineering teams to maximise reuse of the enterprise data platform, including SAP integration.
- Product Delivery - Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of Data, Analytics and AI products, ensuring quality, timelines and value realisation.
- Responsible AI - Lead secure and responsible deployment of AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Vendor Management - Manage strategic delivery partners to drive performance and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor, presenting strategy, roadmaps and business cases to senior leaders.
- Continuous Improvement - Improve product adoption, data quality, catalogue health and overall portfolio value.

- Leadership in Data & AI - Proven leadership across Data, Analytics, AI or technology delivery.
- Data Product Management - Strong experience managing enterprise data products.
- Solution Design - Experience designing Data, Analytics and AI solutions, including Generative AI.
- SAP Data & Analytics - Strong SAP delivery and solution background.
- Governance - Experience applying Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Catalogue standards.
- Stakeholder Management - Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
