🚨 IT Support Analyst | Contract | Woking | Oil & Gas Sector 🚨
📍 Location: Woking (On-Site)
📝 Contract: In Scope of IR35
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a leading organisation within the Oil & Gas industry working for Aramco. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical technical support to end users and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
- Providing first-line IT support across hardware, software, and user-related issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents efficiently
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support to end users
- Logging, tracking, and managing support tickets through to resolution
- Escalating complex issues to specialist teams where required
- Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and solutions

🎯 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role working with ARAMCO
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused approach
⭐ Desirable Experience
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices
- Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector
⚠ Essential Requirement
- Previous Saudi Aramco project or operational experience is highly desirable, and candidates with Aramco exposure will be prioritised.
