🚨 IT Support Analyst | Contract | Woking | Oil & Gas Sector 🚨

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a leading organisation within the Oil & Gas industry working for Aramco. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical technical support to end users and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

πŸ”§ What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing first-line IT support across hardware, software, and user-related issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents efficiently
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support to end users
  • Logging, tracking, and managing support tickets through to resolution
  • Escalating complex issues to specialist teams where required
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and solutions

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role working with ARAMCO
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused approach

⭐ Desirable Experience

  • Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices
  • Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector

⚠ Essential Requirement

  • Previous Saudi Aramco project or operational experience is highly desirable, and candidates with Aramco exposure will be prioritised.
