We’re looking for an IT Support professional to join our teams based in Peterborough and Alconbury.
You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleagues across our UK and international sites, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and Microsoft 365 issues. You’ll also support user accounts, devices, equipment and IT systems, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

The role will give you the opportunity to get involved in technology rollouts, IT projects and continuous improvement, as well as maintaining accurate IT asset and inventory records. Once fully trained, you’ll also join the out-of-hours support rota.
