IT Support & Compliance Technician
We are looking for an IT Support & Compliance Technician to strengthen our IT support function by combining practical support tasks with ownership of compliance checks, device quality standards, backup monitoring, and secure IT asset disposal.
This role would suit someone with good general IT knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical support processes. The role will support Cyber Essentials readiness, device patching, backup monitoring, IT disposal processes, and general IT support activities across the business.
Hours
- Full-time 39 hours per week
Key Duties Will Include
- IT Support
- Compliance Support
- Device Health & Quality Control
- Backup and security checks
- IT Asset Management and Disposal
- Process Improvement and Documentation
- Assist senior team members in various
- On-call weekend emergency
- Occasional travel to other depots if

The Ideal Applicant
- A strong attention to
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational
- Willingness to learn IT Support processes
- Awareness of Cyber Essentials, data protection, and IT security best practice, or a willingness to develop knowledge in these areas
- Good prioritization skills and the flexibility to
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Tools and software
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal
- Efficient, orderly, and timely, ensuring all tasks are achieved within agreed
- A professional attitude, building and developing relationships with internal and external
- A full UK driving licence is
