Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day IT support to users across the organization, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, software applications, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory, and server environments to maintain a seamless IT infrastructure.
• Setting up new users, devices, and system access to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Maintaining and supporting servers, infrastructure components, and business-critical systems to ensure high availability and security.
• Producing clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures to aid in knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Identifying opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and security through proactive assessments and recommendations.
• Assisting with research, design, and implementation of new IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Developing and enhancing internal software applications using C# and .NET frameworks to streamline business operations.
• Writing SQL queries, reports, and data extracts with a high level of accuracy to support data-driven decision-making.
• Working within the IT ticketing system to prioritize and resolve support requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and environmental policies at all times.
