IT Support Analyst

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to be the main point of contact for IT across Bionical Health (4 days per week on site). This is a combined 1st and 2nd line role, so you will be answering the phone and picking up tickets, but you will also be doing the work behind them rather than passing most of it on.

A typical week covers everything from a password reset or a printer that has stopped talking to a laptop, through to Entra ID and Intune administration, mailbox and permissions work, device builds, and getting a new starter set up and ready to work on day one. You will sit in a small IT team, which means real variety, real ownership, and the chance to see the whole estate rather than one narrow slice of it.

You will also be encouraged to use AI tools as part of the job. We are not precious about how work gets done, and if you can find a faster or better way of handling something repetitive, we want to hear it.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT enquiries by phone, email, the service desk portal, Teams and in person.
  • Logging, prioritising and owning tickets through to a proper close, working within agreed SLAs.
  • Fixing 1st line issues at the point of contact: accounts and MFA, Microsoft 365 and Teams, printing, VPN and connectivity, mobiles and everyday application queries.
  • Taking on 2nd line work: Entra ID and Active Directory, Intune and endpoint policy, Exchange Online and shared mailboxes, SharePoint and Teams permissions, licensing, device build issues, and faults that need real investigation.
  • Supporting the IT side of joiners, movers and leavers, from account and licence provisioning and device builds through to disabling accounts, recovering hardware and reclaiming licences on time.
  • Keeping the asset database and CMDB accurate, and managing device builds, patching and refresh cycles across the estate.
  • Supporting the mobile and SIM estate.
  • Using AI tools day to day to speed up diagnosis, triage and research, and to keep the knowledge base current.
  • Writing user guides and knowledge articles in plain English so colleagues can help themselves.
  • Working with third-party suppliers and holding them to agreed response times.
  • Spotting recurring issues and raising them as problems instead of fixing the same thing over and over.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
