IT Support Analyst (1st & 2nd Line) - Cardiff
Hybrid / Office-Based – Pentwyn, Cardiff
£26,000 – £32,000 (Dependent On Experience)
About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a dynamic organisation. You’ll take ownership of technical issues end-to-end, supporting users across a wide range of systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and remote access
- Manage user accounts (AD / Azure AD) and onboarding/offboarding
- Assist with Intune, device management, updates, and deployments
- Contribute to IT improvements and small projects
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an IT support or IT Support Analyst role
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking basics
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A full driving licence is required for this role
