IT Support Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and technically minded IT Support Analyst to join an established IT team within a London-based organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional to gain broad, hands-on experience across IT support, Microsoft 365, hardware, infrastructure, virtualisation and information security.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to users both face-to-face and remotely, taking ownership of issues through to resolution or escalation.
- Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Assist with the deployment, management and maintenance of IT equipment and assets.
- Carry out routine infrastructure checks and assist with resolving technical issues.
- Support a range of infrastructure and workplace technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange Online, virtualisation and virtual desktop environments.
- Assist with system patching, information security remediation and maintaining IT documentation.
- Work with the wider IT team on the introduction and use of AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Prioritise multiple requests effectively while delivering a high standard of customer service.

About You
You will ideally have:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
- An understanding of PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot problems logically.
- An awareness of virtualisation, mobile device management and modern AI technologies.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies.
