About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our client's dynamic team near Stamford. This is a permanent position designed for a proactive and skilled individual who excels in providing comprehensive IT support within a corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both onsite and remotely, with 1-2 days of work-from-home per week, enabling a balanced work-life environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in IT support, with at least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and related technologies. A good understanding of Microsoft 365 services, Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory is highly desirable. Certifications in Microsoft technologies or related fields will be considered an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges are essential. Familiarity with mobile device management platforms such as Intune, and experience supporting Apple and Android devices, will further strengthen your application.

Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring security and optimal performance.
- Assist in the administration of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Support Active Directory management, user account provisioning, and permissions setup.
- Implement and monitor security protocols using Defender and other security tools to safeguard company data.
- Support mobile device management using Intune, ensuring compliance and security across all devices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and improve support processes and documentation.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually enhance support capabilities.
