IT Support Analyst – Fully Remote

🏠 Location: Fully Remote – UK Based

💷 Salary: £28,000–£38,000, depending on experience

📅 Hours: Monday–Friday

The Opportunity

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of an IT Support Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional to join a supportive technical team, providing remote assistance to users and helping ensure systems, software and equipment operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users by telephone, email and remote-access tools
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Log, manage and update support tickets accurately
  • Set up user accounts, devices and system access
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments
  • Troubleshoot password, network and email-related issues
  • Escalate more complex technical problems when required
  • Maintain clear records of incidents, solutions and system updates
  • Deliver a professional and helpful service to users

Skills & Experience

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
  • Confident troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Organised approach with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple support requests
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Relevant IT qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
