Are you an IT Support Analyst with 2 - 4 years of experience looking for a broader, hands-on technical role within the fintech industry. We are partnering with a growing financial firm in London Bridge looking for an ambitious IT Support Analyst to join their internal IT team.

IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st/2nd line technical support across Windows desktops/laptops (Dell / Surface) and Apple iOS mobile devices.
- Manage tickets, user onboarding/offboarding, and access controls.
- Administer day-to-day Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Assist with device provisioning, policy compliance, and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Get involved in team projects including hardware refreshes and software rollouts.

IT Support Analyst Requirements:
- Experience: 2 - 4 years in a corporate IT helpdesk, service desk, or 1st-line support role.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 administration and basic hardware troubleshooting. (Exposure to Intune/MDM is a bonus, but training will be provided).
- Key Tools: Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools like Freshservice.
- Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a friendly customer-service approach, and a strong desire to take on technical responsibility.
