A large and highly successful business is looking for an accomplished IT Support Analyst to join its team based in Stockport. Please note this is an onsite and field based role - you'll work from the office in Stockport 2 or 3 days per week and spend the rest of your time supporting users at other sites across the country, so a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
Requirements
In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST be an excellent communicator with demonstrable expertise providing a proactive 1st and 2nd line user and systems support service in a Windows environment. You will have experience with hardware support for laptops, PCs, switches and printers, along with excellent Office 365, Windows, Azure and Active Directory experience. You will be a natural problem solver with a passion for technology. Key requirements include:

- Strong background in 2nd line IT support and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments
- Solid IT hardware experience
- Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security best practices
- Flexibility to travel for work
