Hanoto Technology Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our team in East Sussex.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced IT professionals while developing practical technical and customer-service skills in a real managed IT environment.
💻 What you will be doing
- Providing first-line IT support to our clients
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, email and connectivity issues
- Setting up PCs, laptops, user accounts and other IT equipment
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Logging, managing and progressing support tickets
- Learning about networking, cybersecurity, cloud services and IT best practices
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Travelling to client sites when required

👤 What we are looking for
- A genuine interest in IT and technology
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- A logical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full, valid UK driving licence is MANDATORY for this role
- Previous professional IT experience is not required (we’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, the right attitude and a desire to build a career in IT).

🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
