Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Dispatch role based in Ilsenburg. The IT Support Dispatcher coordinates and schedules on-site and remote IT support activities, ensuring that client requests are logged, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate technicians. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring incoming tickets and calls, updating service records, tracking the status of open issues, and communicating clearly with clients and engineers about timelines and progress. The role involves collaborating with the operations and technical teams to optimize resource allocation, maintain service-level commitments, and escalate issues when needed. The IT Support Dispatcher also supports basic administrative tasks related to reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of dispatch processes.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, including experience with ticketing or dispatch systems and scheduling multiple resources.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and technical staff in English and German (or willingness to develop German language skills).
- Basic understanding of IT support environments, such as server and network maintenance, on-site support, and cloud services, and ability to translate client needs into actionable service requests.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation platforms) and comfort working with digital workflows.
- Detail-oriented mindset, reliability under time pressure, and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues and meeting service-level expectations.
- Previous experience in dispatch, service coordination, help desk, or IT support is beneficial.
- Vocational training or a degree in IT, business administration, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
