🚀 IT Support Specialist | £35,000 | Bracknell | Office-Based
Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist looking for your next challenge?
We’re currently recruiting for an IT Support Specialist to join a global organisation at the forefront of media technology, based in Bracknell.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving technical problems and getting involved in more than just the service desk.
đź’» What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support
- Supporting Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Monitoring systems and security alerts
- Supporting patching, updates and backups
- Configuring and deploying hardware and software
- Maintaining IT assets and technical documentation
- Working with vendors and support partners
- Getting involved in IT infrastructure and technology projects
- Supporting users across a multi-site, international environment

🔎 What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in IT Support or Systems Administration
- Strong Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment
