🚀 IT Support Specialist | £35,000 | Bracknell | Office-Based

Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist looking for your next challenge?

We’re currently recruiting for an IT Support Specialist to join a global organisation at the forefront of media technology, based in Bracknell.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving technical problems and getting involved in more than just the service desk.

đź’» What you'll be doing:

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support
  • Supporting Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 environments
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
  • Monitoring systems and security alerts
  • Supporting patching, updates and backups
  • Configuring and deploying hardware and software
  • Maintaining IT assets and technical documentation
  • Working with vendors and support partners
  • Getting involved in IT infrastructure and technology projects
  • Supporting users across a multi-site, international environment

  • Previous experience in IT Support or Systems Administration
  • Strong Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

  • Someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment
