IT Support Engineer
Location: St Athan, South Wales
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + benefits
Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Ready to take the next step in your IT career? We're working with a leading aerospace organisation to find an IT Support Engineer to provide essential support across a busy operational environment.
About the Role
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, helping users across the business by resolving technical issues, managing support tickets and ensuring systems and devices remain operational. This is a varied 1st/2nd line role with exposure to Microsoft technologies, networking and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Troubleshoot networking and user-related issues
- Provide onsite support and assist remote users across multiple locations

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 1st/2nd Line role
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Good understanding of Windows environments and networking fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Salesforce exposure
- Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
