At AMS IT Support, we're a growing Managed Service Provider helping businesses across the UK stay productive, secure and connected through Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cyber security and cloud technologies.
We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, delivering excellent customer service and wants to develop their career with a business that genuinely invests in its people. This role is ideal for a junior or developing IT engineer with some commercial IT support experience.

What you'll be doing
You'll provide remote and onsite support to a wide range of businesses, troubleshooting issues, supporting customer projects and working with technologies including:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows 10 & 11
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Azure & Cloud Services
- Networking & VPNs
- Cyber Security
- Hardware & Software Support
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous IT Support or MSP experience
- Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
- Has excellent communication skills
- Wants to continually develop their technical skills
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle, as occasional customer site visits form part of the role
