IT Support Engineer (1st-3rd Line)
Location: Norfolk (on-site)
Type: Permanent
Salary: £35-40K
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join an established IT team, providing hands-on and remote support across the business.
This is a varied role covering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows 11, Intune, endpoint support, networking, and general infrastructure, with responsibility for troubleshooting, user administration, device deployment, and security/compliance.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in a corporate IT environment who is confident diagnosing issues independently, takes ownership of problems, and communicates well with users and colleagues.
Key Experience Required:
- Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint & Teams
- Active Directory / Entra ID & Group Policy
- Windows desktop and endpoint support
- Intune and Microsoft Defender (desirable)
- Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, etc.
- IT security and data protection awareness
- Incident/service request management
