We are looking for IT Support Engineers with broad, hands-on experience supporting technology in a busy, live operational environment.
This is wider than a conventional desktop-support role. You’ll support a mix of:
- Windows and Microsoft 365
- Azure, Active Directory and Entra ID
- User accounts, permissions and MFA
- LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
- Hardware, peripherals and infrastructure
- EPOS and payment technology
- Kiosks and customer-facing terminals
- CCTV and access-control systems

You’ll be troubleshooting incidents through to Level 2 and working in an environment where IT issues can directly affect customers, transactions, and day-to-day operations.

Experience supporting retail, hospitality, transport, leisure, venues, or another high-availability operational environment would be particularly relevant.
