IT Support Engineer - Fleet, United Kingdom
Your tasks:
- First level support contact person for any hardware/software related issues for our European branches, especially Fleet office
- Identify the root causes of errors, escalating serious concerns and/or unknown problems to other Support Engineers, related third parties or management
- Be able to provide solutions to keep a high level of availability for users
- Adopt processes to track and maintain high user satisfaction
- Create and maintain effective and high quality documentation of processes
- Support users in their work environment by conducting user trainings, writing and editing training manuals, and gaining feedback from users to improve training methods
- Proactively support reduction of infrastructure issues by analysing common complaints and problems reported by users and formulate solutions together with the management

Your experience and knowledge:
- Level 2 or 3 qualifications in IT, Computing or Digital Technologies or higher (Bachelor)
- Min. 2 years experience in User Support role
- In-depth knowledge of standard hardware and software (Windows/Office applications)
- Effective communication skills
- Effective at problem solving
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Hands-on mentality
- Solution-oriented approach
- Open to people and new ideas
- Ability to contribute to the IT team
