We’re Rejuvenate IT—a Bournemouth-based managed service provider known for solving technical puzzles and building real, long-lasting relationships with our clients. Our close-knit team thrives on making a difference, one support ticket at a time. As we grow, we’re looking for an IT Support Engineer who loves delivering great service, learning on the job, and turning tech challenges into successes.
What You'll Be Doing
Technical Troubleshooting Dynamo
- Tackle technical support issues for end-users—remotely, in person, or on the fly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
- Dive into hardware, software, or connectivity gremlins and slay them quickly and effectively.
- Escalate the trickier stuff to our senior engineers or vendors—no shame in knowing your limits!
Support Superhero
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and OS for our clients.
- Set up and deploy new desktops, laptops, and other tech gear.
- Manage user accounts, backups, and keep systems secure and updated.
- Keep everyone on the same page with detailed documentation and knowledge sharing.
Proactive Partner
- Spot recurring issues, look for patterns, and suggest improvements—we love initiative.
- Help us shape and refine IT policies, working with the wider team to keep things running smoothly.

What Makes You Perfect For This Role
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support (1st/2nd line or similar).
- Confident troubleshooting Windows and macOS, plus Microsoft Office Suite.
- You know your way around networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi.
- Comfortable resolving desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile device issues.
- Experience with Active Directory and user management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communicator (with end-users and technical colleagues alike).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and keep your cool in a busy setting.
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or willingness to train for this and other certs (we’ll support you!).
Bonus Points For
- Experience documenting fixes or building knowledge bases.
- Exposure to cloud environments (O365, Azure)—not a must, but a definite plus.
- Any scripting, automation, or home-lab tinkering (tell us about it!).
- A track record of happy users and a few technical “war stories.”
