IT Support Engineer
Employment Type: Contract/Freelance
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract
Job Details:
Join Capaciteam to work with a leading client in London, where your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT support and enablement. You’ll leverage your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to enhance systems, provide top-notch user support, and drive continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, SaaS, and access-related issues while meeting SLA targets.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, accounts, permissions, and access across SaaS platforms.
- Administer and troubleshoot Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other business applications.
- Deploy and troubleshoot laptops, devices, and workplace technology.
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve IT processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to automate routine tasks and improve IT service delivery.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with SaaS applications and user access management.
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS and modern workplace technologies.
- Customer-focused, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
