Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time | Onsite
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing business supporting both office and manufacturing environments.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll provide first and second line technical support while working with a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Cisco networking, cloud services, and endpoint security.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, delivering excellent customer service and developing your technical skills within a modern IT environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to office and manufacturing users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Support Cisco networking, VPNs, and wireless connectivity.
- Assist with endpoint security, backups, and system monitoring.
- Maintain technical documentation and support IT improvement projects.
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple support requests.

This is a fully onsite position based in Leamington Spa. Occasional travel to other UK sites will be required, therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
The successful IT Support Engineer will ideally have experience with:
- Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Active Directory administration experience.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience supporting Cisco switching and wireless networks.
- Knowledge of VPN technologies.
- Experience with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Sophos, SentinelOne or similar.
- Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative IT team.
- A professional and approachable manner when supporting users at all levels.

The following qualifications would be advantageous, but are not essential:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900 or equivalent)
- ITIL Foundation
- Cisco CCST or CCNA
